Customer Services Administrator, Rugby (Temporary)
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours of work: 8.30 – 5 pm Monday – Thursday, 8.30 – 4.30 pm Friday
(Hybrid working after 6 months)
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Project Administration Manager, providing a high standard of administration support. Candidates must be customer centric, flexible, have the ability to organise workload, be proactive, and project manage high value orders. The role is admin orientated and requires a good understanding of processes/procedures with defined deadlines.
Responsibilities:
1. General Account Administration, working to KPI’s.
2. Order entry – fast-paced sales orders and project managed store orders working to tight deadlines.
3. Quote generation and chasing for conversion to increase the company’s market share.
4. Liaising with internal departments to facilitate a smooth process from quote through to post shipment after sales care.
5. Dealing with warranty claims for both buyouts and fab to ensure a quick resolution for the customer.
6. Produce customs documentation and liaise with customers, freight forwarder, and shipping team.
7. Support the AR function of allocated accounts to ensure that overdues are kept to a minimum.
Skills Required:
1. Strong Administration skills, customer focused.
2. Good Sales Order Processing skills.
3. Good MS Office – Word & Excel.
4. Team player.
5. Preference given to those from a manufacturing environment.
