The Role:
* Customize financial plans according to clients’ changing needs.
* Build strong relationships to retain existing clients.
* Maintain and update knowledge of regulations, practices, and financial products.
About You:
* Proven experience as a financial planner.
* Ability to analyze financial information and comply with regulations.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
* Attention to detail and strong math skills.
* Strong ethics and a customer-oriented attitude.
* Outstanding communication skills to foster long-term relationships.
* Diploma in Financial Services.
* Willingness to learn from senior advisers.
Varied client base includes:
* First financial steps: first-time buyers, life insurance, initial pension, creating financial plans, wealth creation.
* Clients with multiple pensions needing consolidation, tax-free cash, re-mortgaging, property purchases, debt management, or optimizing lump sums.
* Wealth management for retired clients: investment growth, asset protection, IHT and estate planning, equity release, tax planning, long-term care.
