What you will do Spend Analysis - At Dandara we have several reports at our disposal, you would be expected to be able to use these reports to identify current and future opportunities. Compliance - Identify issues with compliance and resolve by liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. Category Review - Once a new category is identified or an existing is due to expire, you would be expected to carry out a full review which will include the following stages:- Identify potential benefits to the group by reviewing this category Review market for type of commodity and establish a list of potential suppliers and areas to be covered by the review Consult with the business units prior to review and analyse feedback Discuss with potential manufacturers / suppliers the opportunities available to them and understand further the category. Promote the benefits that they would gain by being part of Dandara's group supply chain Formulate an RFP (Request for price) document and issue to manufacturers / suppliers Assess RFP return from various angles including commercial, technical, sales, customer care, health and safety and ESG. Negotiate further Formulate a proposal to be submitted to internal stakeholders for approval Once approved then issue sign off document to the board for approval Produce and issue necessary documents to allow agreement to go live Maintenance Of Key Control Documents - Keep up to date all control documents. Market Overview - Develop an understanding of the market conditions and be able to communicate this to internal stakeholders. Forums - Attend various forums and present to the team about various subjects. Specifications - Amend specification documents to align with group agreement changes. Regulatory And Legislation - Ensure that categories that you manage continue to comply with current and future regulations / legislation. Rebates - Assist in claiming and managing rebates. Supply Chain Relationships - Develop and grow relationships with our supply chain, using every opportunity to promote Dandara. Supplier Visits - From time to time, you will be required to visit manufacturer / supplier premises as and when required. Day To Day Management Of Supply Chain Issues Resolve any issues internal stakeholders may have.
