This is a fantastic opportunity for a Process Engineer, or someone with relevant experience in engineering, to gain new skills and grow their career while working as part of a close-knit team within a major engineering business. This role will be roughly a 50/50 split between office and shop-floor-based work. You will be responsible for a variety of Process Engineering related duties, including the development and implementation of new process activities, working to reduce process-related scrap, supporting production, and helping with cost reduction through process improvements.

The Role:
* Process Engineering position, working with aerospace castings
* Standard working week, Monday-Friday, with hybrid/WFH options available
* Highly varied position with a rough 50/50 divide between office and factory-based work
The Candidate:
* Understanding or knowledge of Process Engineering
* Some knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing (training/qualifications will be provided)
* A degree background or equivalent qualification would be beneficial, but is not essential
