Location: 7-8 Rossmore Business Village
Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 per Annum
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview:
As a Trainee Finance Business Partner, you will play a vital role in our finance team, supporting the business in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. This position is key to driving our financial performance and ensuring sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in financial reporting and analysis
2. Support budgeting and forecasting processes
3. Collaborate with various departments to understand and communicate financial data
4. Contribute to strategic financial projects
5. Provide insights to optimize financial performance
Qualifications:
1. Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Ability to work well in a team and independently
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software
Experience:
1. Working knowledge of Sage, ideally Sage 200.
2. Ability to produce and analyse complex excel spreadsheets and data.
3. Working knowledge of accounts to trial balance, including sales and cost analysis, accruals and prepayments. Understanding financial statements.
