Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Undertake training to understand the technical elements of the role.
2. Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and clients.
3. Reviewing and processing requests on behalf of the client.
4. Working to service level agreements and process information accurately.
5. Receive and resolve enquiries from customers and their advisors.
6. Ensure information on CRM systems is current and accurate.
7. Process any amendments to customer's accounts accurately.
8. Ensure new customer information is onboarded accurately.
9. Overseeing client accounts and ensure appropriate follow-up is taken.
10. Follow all procedures and regulatory requirements.
11. Liaise professionally with all third parties.
12. Communicate effectively internally.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Customer Service experience
2. Excellent IT skills
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills
4. Problem-solving skills
5. Ability to challenge information in a professional manner with third parties if needed
6. Ability to uphold standards and SLAs
