Britannia Hotels are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our Food and Beverage team at our Basingstoke Country Hotel. The Basingstoke Country Hotel is a 100 bedroom hotel that boasts a stylish Brasserie, offering casual dining and food for the whole family. The Hotel has 5 conference rooms catering for between 25 to 240 delegates providing for various events and wedding functions.

Duties will include:
* Manage the general maintenance both inside and outside of the hotel
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and inspections
* Working alongside various departments and communicating effectively as required
* Dealing with contractors and visitors to the hotel accordingly
* Managing the team including their rotas and training
* Ensuring all hotel systems and equipment are working efficiently and safely
The successful candidate will have excellent DIY skills or be a tradesperson that can tackle various forms of maintenance work. You must also have a keen attention to detail and the ability to take initiative when tackling problems.
