IT Data Analyst Location: Stanley House, Anthony's Way, Medway City Estate, Rochester, ME2 4NF (IN OFFICE POSITION) Line Reporting Manager: IT Manager Working Week: Monday to Friday, 37.5hour week, 08:30am - 17:00pm Full-time, Permanent Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year Principle Duties and Accountabilities: To review all contract documents ensuring they meet all reporting requirements by analysing and interpreting data, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for the completion of business reports Roles and Responsibilities: Review all contract documents to check for contractual reporting requirements. Review all existing reports and analyse which are contractual or non-contractual requirements. To ensure any changes made to the contracts remain in scope. To ensure any change to contract requirements are passed onto Contract Managers. To hold responsibility on the construction of all contractual reports and liaise with the contract teams on the generation and dissemination of generated reports. Liaise with contract teams on any new reporting requirements and methodologies. Create reports and data packages for contractual review meetings, including ORB (Operational Review Board), JSB (Joint Strategy Board), and similar meetings. Assist with the development of internal data capture, analysis and implementation of KPIs. Qualifications / Competency: Experience in the drainage industry would be an advantage. Proficient in the use of Excel and the PowerBI/PowerAutomate Suite of Tools Proficient in the use of SQL/MySQL Meticulous attention to detail Analytical thinking Be able to demonstrate strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to work with a minimum of supervision. Professionalism and commitment; with excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels. A logical approach to work, combined with analytical and problem-solving skills.
