We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our service area. We are currently recruiting for a full-time permanent Team Manager. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead a team committed to delivering high-quality social work practice that is, person centred, community-based, and achieves positive outcomes for vulnerable adults with mental health problems and their families, in Stockport. We re looking for a qualified and experienced person with AMHP/BIA status or working towards it, who is ready to take the next step in their career and is passionate about adult safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults with mental health problems. Key responsibilities include: Managing across the mental health, older adults and discharge social work teams to ensure effective practice and timely decision-making. Providing reflective supervision and professional leadership to maintain high standards and compliance with statutory requirements. Collaborating with multi-agency partners in the local Mental Health Trust to ensure adults with mental health problems receive the right support at the right time.
