This is an exciting opportunity to join our clients clinical compliance team. This team is responsible for conducting clinical evaluations, assisting Research and Development and Regulatory Affairs in the development and maintenance of new and existing products. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Engineering department, work on CER's and MDR remediation projects as well as annual updates across the portfolio. Main Duties and Responsibilities In the role of Clinical Compliance Engineer, you will follow group processes for Clinical Evaluation (CER), ensuring compliance with MDR, FDA, and other relevant jurisdictions. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for technical files, including CEP and CER. Upholding the highest ethical, clinical, and scientific standards is crucial to ensure the safety and well-being of trial participants and maintain rigorous scientific practice. You will monitor and disseminate relevant clinical publications and keep track of the clinical research landscape for the companies products and competitors, and ensure all clinical references in marketing materials are accurate and properly referenced. Additionally, you will perform administrative duties as needed and maintain compliance with the companys quality management system. Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have a degree in a relevant discipline or demonstrable success in a similar role. Experience writing CERs and a minimum of 2 years experience in the medical device industry. Experience interacting with Clinical Research Organisations is desirable, along with a working knowledge of international regulatory requirements for clinical evaluation, awareness of research ethics, a thorough understanding of good clinical practice (GCP), the ability to interpret clinical information, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
