Role This is a noteworthy opportunity for a Professional Indemnity Associate to join a well-established global firm and gain experience from legal professionals who have years of expertise. In this role, your main responsibilities will include: Manage complex, high-value claims from initial policy response through to resolution Draft clear, concise reports for insurers, offering guidance on challenging and nuanced legal issues Support alternative dispute resolution efforts, including direct negotiation and mediation Maintain and strengthen relationships with insurers and insured parties, proactively identifying and navigating potential conflicts Advise professional clients and their insurers on case strategy, including claims handling and cost reserve management Track key deadlines and ensure alignment with service level agreements set by insurers Prepare cases for hearings at all court levels, including briefing both Senior and Junior Counsel Working with clients of a high calibre, you will see your work based in construction sector, dealing with claims against contractors, surveyors, architects, accountants and engineers, making for a varied and diverse caseload.
