We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Second in Charge to help lead our excellent Science Faculty. This is a very experienced, collegiate team. The successful candidate will be led by the Head of Faculty and have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other members of leadership.
The successful candidate will:
1. have the vision to fully develop and support the Science Faculty.
2. be an inspirational communicator and have the skills to both challenge and encourage students to achieve their potential.
3. be committed to securing positive student outcomes at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 - with a particular responsibility at Key Stage 4.
4. have the ability to think creatively and encourage student engagement.
