Registered Branch Manager – Home Care Services Location: Nottingham Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 base Bonus (OTE £60k) Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Mon–Fri 9–5, with on-call duties) Contract Type: Permanent Are you a passionate leader with a background in domiciliary care? We're looking for a Registered Branch Manager to take the helm of our dynamic care branch and drive outstanding service delivery and growth. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading and managing all branch operations with direct line management of up to 12 staff. Ensuring compliance with CQC and relevant regulatory standards. Driving service delivery to meet key performance indicators and exceed client expectations. Building strong local relationships with stakeholders including the NHS and local authorities. Growing the service through business development and brand promotion. Supporting and developing staff to maintain high standards and a motivated workforce. Playing a key role in strategic planning and contributing to financial performance. ✅ What You’ll Need: Previous experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care. Registered Manager status (or willingness to become registered). Knowledge of CQC regulations and care compliance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams. Experience in business development and working within commissioned services (NHS/Local Authorities).
