Job Description
In this dynamic position as a Resort Reception and Call Centre Team Coordinator, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with guests, and providing exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include managing guest inquiries via phone and live chat, liaising with resort teams to ensure seamless guest experiences, and performing administrative tasks efficiently using our systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need a warm and friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a good level of administration and computer literacy. We'll provide training on our systems, but we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and adapt quickly.
