Eclectic Recruitment is partnered with a top 500 law firm in the Cambridgeshire area looking for a legal secretary to assist the team with administrative duties working with internal and stakeholder. We are looking for someone witha good level of IT literacy and be confident in learning and using various systems and software.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Accurate typing, including copy-typing manuscripts, producing new versions of documents, and tracking changes against previous versions.
2. Answering the telephone professionally and taking clear messages from clients and other contacts.
3. Filing and organising correspondence and documents.
4. Making appointments and managing schedules as required, including booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for meetings.
5. Handling routine administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, and photocopying.
6. Assisting with the efficient management of client or project files, including general filing, document preparation, and data entry.
7. Arranging meetings and maintaining diaries for managers or team members as necessary.
8. Supporting team members with accounting, billing processes, and managing any queries.
