The vacancy
Your day could begin by supporting operatives with morning briefings, ensuring they have the tools and materials needed to complete their jobs. Later, you might be conducting site inspections for in-progress or completed gas works, making sure they meet safety and quality standards. By the afternoon, you could be assisting the installation team with boiler surveys or reviewing EPC reports to ensure compliance and efficiency.
As a Gas Foreman, you’ll be a key figure in the delivery of our gas services. No two days are the same as you play a crucial role in ensuring service excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with all standards. You’ll work closely with Gas Supervisors and teams, helping to maintain safety and efficiency while delivering top-tier service to our residents.
You’re someone who takes pride in problem-solving and getting things done. You thrive on teamwork, but you’re equally capable of working independently to manage your responsibilities. Your communication skills allow you to build strong relationships with colleagues, contractors, and residents alike, and you’re always looking for ways to improve. You’ll need to be present on-site for inspections and operational tasks, but there’s flexibility to manage certain administrative tasks remotely.
Your role will cover all aspects of managing operatives and contractors, including site inspections, boiler surveys, and providing technical support to resolve issues effectively. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent service, highly organised, and committed to safety, we’d love to hear from you.
