The purpose of this role is to provide first and second line IT support to internal staff for all technologies, associated software and peripheral devices as well as day-to-day administration of systems and communications devices.
Responsibilities of the Service Desk Technician Role:
1. Provide first and second line IT support to internal staff for all technologies, associated software and peripheral devices as well as day-to-day administration of systems and communications devices.
2. Manage enquiries into the helpdesk and effectively prioritise tickets for an efficient and timely resolve
