About the Role As a Panel Beater with us, your key responsibilities will include: Expertly repairing and replacing vehicle panels using the latest techniques and equipment. Accurately assessing vehicle damage and devising effective repair plans. Ensuring seamless integration of new panels and parts with precision and attention to detail. Delivering high-quality repairs and finishes that consistently exceed customer expectations. Collaborating with your team to meet deadlines and uphold our high standards. Maintaining a clean and organised workspace in line with health and safety regulations. About You To thrive in this role, you should have: Proven experience as a Panel Beater or in a similar position within the automotive repair industry. Strong knowledge of panel repair techniques, including welding, filling, and finishing. Proficiency with relevant tools and equipment, including panel beating and spray painting tools. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering flawless results. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Relevant qualifications or certifications (such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) are a plus.
