We are currently looking to hire an Advisory Analyst. This is an exciting contract role (with the potential for permanent full-time employment and further training).
The team works closely with an array of very impressive clients, including law firms, corporates, and significant non-for-profit organisations, to provide a full range of people intelligence services. One of the core pillars of service offered by the team is independent investigations into a wide range of areas such as conduct, compliance, cultural and people issues.

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Advisory Analyst with strong technology skills and the ability to communicate effectively and think creatively with internal and external clients. You will have a keen eye for detail and operate as a self-starter used to driving projects forward without micro-management. You have a high level of curiosity and a willingness to learn about the world Howlett Brown operates within.
You should have a minimum of 12-18 months experience and will join our core team based in the City of London, with this role being fully remote for now.
The successful candidate will:
* Conduct legal research.
* Support the drafting of advice, letters and contracts.
* Support the preparation of articles and roundtables for clients.
* Proofread and review matter documents.
* Draft amendment letters.
* Attend meetings and take notes.
* Triaging Trusted line calls under supervision.
Core Skills and Standards
The successful candidate will have:
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail and concise drafting and review capabilities, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communicator and effective engagement with diverse clients and stakeholders.
* A legal qualification or a post-graduate degree in a relevant field.
* Exceptional customer service practices and behaviours with a solution-focused attitude.
* Experience as a paralegal in-house or in a consultancy or firm.

* Remote working - 5 days a week with flexibility to travel to the London office and client site when needed. Hybrid working when the Manchester office is open.
