Senior Sales Administrator
The Opportunity
We have an additional opening for a senior sales administrator to join the established friendly team at a leading IT hardware supplier operating internationally. You will be responsible for providing critical admin support to the Head of Sales and Purchasing with complex orders in a global commodity market, to ensure an outstanding level of service.
The Company
My client is a leading international IT hardware distributor, located in Berkshire. They specialise in tailored configured hardware server solutions, providing servers from leading manufacturers. Established for more than 20 years, the technical department is a fun and enjoyable place to work, providing staff with games facilities within the office, including darts and arcade machines.
The Day to Day Role
Your main sales administrator tasks/accountabilities will be as follows:
1. Breaking down quotes and sending out pricing once approved.
2. Load and send detailed orders with agreed pricing, confirmations, and tracking.
3. Ordering stock and follow up for tracking and arrival.
4. Raise supplier GRN's and ensure they are shipped back where appropriate or scrapped.
5. Process purchase orders to suppliers and follow up by tracking them.
6. Approving invoices - ensuring details are correct.
7. Managing backorders, ensuring stock is ordered and allocated.
8. Obtaining pricing for pallet shipments.
9. Booking and coordinating pallet shipments - inbound and outbound.
10. Use NAV and input the required data in a timely manner.
11. Raise customer RMA tickets.
12. Managing Head of Sales' inbox.
13. Distribute and log new leads.
14. Input data into HubSpot (CRM system).
15. Answering and distributing incoming calls.
Knowledge/Qualifications
Excel, Word, Outlook. Knowledge of NAV or HubSpot. Show good academic ability.
Sales Administrator Skills/Abilities
Quality focus, Client service, Attention to detail, Good telephone manner.
Experience
As an experienced sales administrator, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
1. Ability to follow and adhere to processes.
2. Admin in a complex sales environment.
Personal qualities
Ability to work as part of a team, Sense of responsibility, A positive attitude. Regular social events during the working day and outside of work.
Salary and Benefits
£30,000 - £35,000

Hours of work
