Primary SEND/ SEMH Teacher - Provision Trowbridge £150 - £180 Per Day Salary is dependent on experience, training and qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are QTS/ QTLS / Instructor experience within primaryeducation phase within a school, PRU, AP or designated provision. An opportunity for a driven, confident and ambitious practitioner to shape a new provision in the Trowbridge area. This provision is easily accesible via car or public transport. The Role We are seeking a teacher with a strong primary background, able to confidently deliver and adapt lessons to SEND and think on your feet, ideally one of these will be a core subject. You will be able to draw upon experience working with young people who have experienced challenge and may be harder to reach or require bespoke approaches and adapted teaching strategies. You should have high standards for yourself and your practice. The school caters to young people between KS1 and 4 who may have experienced trauma, disruption in their lives, had ACEs leading in some cases to SEMH needs, or individuals who, for various reasons require a different educational offer from mainstream education in order to thrive. As this is a new and growing provision it is likely that strong team working ablities will be needed to support its success; an ability to roll up ones sleeves and contribute to the success of the school and its smooth running.
