We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Neighbourhood Gardener. This is a permanent job, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This is a field-based role and will require travel to our customers and properties in and around the Ipswich and Woodbridge area. As a Neighbourhood Gardener, you will carry out and assist with grounds maintenance related tasks to ensure the places in which our customers live are maintained to a high standard. Working within a customer focused team and efficiently ensure all tasks are carried out in a manner that ensures we are spending our time and money wisely. Your typical work activities will include using strimmer’s, ride on mowers, hedge cutting, litter picking and spraying. You’ll maintain high standards and take responsibility for all equipment and health and safety requirements. Applications are welcomed for the role of Neighbourhood Gardener from those with previous experience within the horticultural industry; You must have the ability to operate the relevant equipment and a full valid manual driving license. With good problem solving and communication skills, as well as basic competency in Microsoft applications such as Outlook and Teams, you’ll also need have a proactive approach and I can work diligently within a team.
