The Field Operations Coordinator reports to Field Service Manager. Operational planning for new installation requests and service Calls. Esnuring execution of field engineering assignments at the right time, with satisfactory quality and within defined cost limits MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Co-ordinate field service trips using Marlink and approved partners FEs, based on requests from project managers and network operations. Quality assurance and cost control of field service work. Actively supporting development of department and its Work Flow. Also support procedures creation by factual feedback to improve operations excellence. Prepare reports from operations activities Assist in HSE reporting to senior management On-call rota participation Ensure correct training and competence certificates Support internal operations departments, including project and service delivery EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Higher education in IT/Telecommunications and/or Busienss Administration or minimum 3 years experience in similar role Good overview of satellite and network/IP technologies in general. Project management experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Ability to plan, organize and delegate operational tasks within the FEs teams and their prompt evaluation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to listen and understand expectations. Strong analytical skills and decisiveness. High customer orientation, service-minded and able to handle stress and high pressure. Actively share knowledge within the organization.
