The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering comprehensive training programs on the use of various IT tools and systems. This role involves assessing training needs, developing material, delivering training sessions, and monitoring progress. The IT Trainer will play a critical role in enhancing the technical skills of our employees, ensuring they can use IT resources effectively and contribute to our company's success. About you: The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of modern IT systems such as MS 365, MS Dynamics, and Works Management Systems. Applicants will have strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in an easily understandable way. Applicants will have a good understanding of business process as well as excellent organisations and time management abilities. Due to the nature of the role - Traveling to various sites is required. Location: Leeds Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 Hours per week. Salary: £35 000.00 per annum About the Role: IT Systems Trainer Key Responsibilities: Design and develop training materials and programs to meet specific training needs. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching on IT topics, including business applications, process, and IT security awareness. Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends, tools, and technologies to ensure training materials are current and relevant. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust them as needed to ensure they meet the learning objectives and company goals. Maintain records of training activities. Assist with the implementation of new systems or technologies by providing training and support to users. Provide feedback to the IT department on potential system improvements based on user experiences and training outcomes. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers.
