Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this highly respected education provider, based in Marlborough, to recruit an experienced HR Operations Manager, for an initial 4-6 month FTC.
Managing the day-to-day running of HR operations, you will be at the heart of the organisation, overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Leading a team of six, you will ensure work is carried out in an accurate and timely manner, whilst working effectively across HR and other teams to create seamless processes and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full management and day-to-day responsibility for HR.
* Coordinating work of the team (x6).
* Managing priorities for self and team.
* Overseeing case work and referring for action.
* Developing and implementing a plan for a new HR system.
* Building excellent relationships and credibility at senior levels.
* Problem solving and results driven.
* In-depth knowledge of employment law and pending changes in legislation.
