Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an innovative and forward thinking company based in Horsham, who have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join their team. With responsibility for administration of customer agreements, this is a vital role and requires excellent attention to detail with exceptional communication skills. Key responsibilities of the role will include: Administration of customer agreements Ensuring adherence to service level agreements Processing requests from the team Following internal processes and ensuring documentation is accurate Maintaining and reconciling figures Resolving queries Carrying out credit assessments To be considered for this role, you will need: Educated to at least A Level (or equivalent), ideally to degree level Previous experience in an administrative role Ability to maintain strong relationships Strong prioritisation and organisation skills IT proficient with the ability to learn new skills Please note that this role is fully office based, Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
