Summary
Supports the management and execution of UK pricing, channel management & commercial deals across the portfolio, including external and internal pricing in line with NHS and CPO processes.
About the Role
Location: This role is based in the London office in the UK on a hybrid working basis which requires 12 days per month in the office. This role does not offer relocation or visa support so please only apply if you have the right to work in the UK and the office location is convenient for you.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Responsible for month end pricing and accounting activities, including rebate & payment reconciliation and monitoring
* Responsible for supporting the development and completion of internal and external pricing submissions in line with processes
* Supports the monitoring and submission of NHS tenders
* Supports the tracking of the NHS (England, Scotland, Wales and NI) agreements and the ongoing invoice and rebate management
* Responsible for the management of the commercial pricing system and TOR processes across the IM portfolio
* Responsible for commercial inbox management and triage to stakeholders
* Responsible for engagement with key customers both internal & external to address needs and resolve issues, connecting with local teams
Requirements:
* Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred - if not then solid experience of working in a mid/large size company in a role with a similar skillset is required
* Analytical capabilities & attention to detail is critical
* Management of complex & large volumes of data
* Experience of stakeholder management
* Curious & uses initiative to solve problems and identify efficiencies
* A team player with experience working cross-functionally
* Effective communication skills, verbally and written
* Working in industry is desirable but not essential
