Your Day to Day
The Minibar Waiter is responsible for delivering personalized and efficient minibar service to guests in the hotel rooms, ensuring that all minibar items are stocked, replenished, and maintained to the highest standards. You will play a vital role in creating a memorable guest experience by providing outstanding service and anticipating guests’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that minibars are stocked and replenished in guest rooms according to hotel standards
* Monitor guest consumption of minibar items and record charges accurately
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of minibar areas
* Respond promptly and professionally to minibar requests from guests
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and service standards
* Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
* Report any minibar issues, discrepancies, or damages to the supervisor
What We Need From You:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
* Strong customer service skills with a proactive, guest-centric attitude
* Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
* A team player who works collaboratively with others
* Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service
