As Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership across all elements of marketing, with a particular emphasis on digital and social media strategy, driving awareness, engagement, and donor support. This is an opportunity to blend creativity with strategic thinking, crafting compelling campaigns that inspire action and amplify the charity’s impact.
About You:
* Passionate about making a difference, with a commitment to supporting the charity’s mission.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, email campaigns and website management.
* Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with experience creating engaging content across multiple platforms.
* Hands-on experience in email marketing and CRM management.
* Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid digital advertising.
* Ability to analyse data and optimise campaigns for maximum impact.
* Confident operating as part of a management leadership team and engaging stakeholders, trustees and colleagues across the charity.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Developing and executing a digital marketing strategy to increase visibility and engagement.
* Leading social media activity across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
* Running email marketing campaigns to engage donors and supporters.
* Creating high-quality content, including video, blogs, and graphics, that showcases the charity’s work.
* Managing the website, ensuring it’s optimised for SEO, user experience, and accessibility.
* Supporting fundraising initiatives through digital campaigns and compelling donor engagement content.
* Managing paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive awareness and conversions.
* Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies.
* Ensuring brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.

Where You'll Be Based:
Hybrid working is available on a roughly 50/50 split between remote and office based. Flexible hours can also be considered for the right candidate.
The office is based on a gorgeous setting at Lineham Farm, LS16 8AZ. This is North of Leeds and away from main public transport routes so a car and driving license will be required.
For those who drive it is easily accessible from most areas of Leeds, Harrogate, Wetherby, York and Bradford areas as well as various other locations within West Yorkshire and North Yorkshire.
