Summary
\n
North Ayrshire Council is creating temporary positions within our Skills for Life programme. The programme is funded by Scottish Government and aims to support 10 people to gain training, skills and experience within out Streetscene Department throughout North Ayrshire.
\n

\n
o These placements will be for 26 weeks
\n
o 30 hours per week
\n
o Paid at the Real Living Wage, £12.60
\n
\n
\n
Eligibility
\n
To be considered for the post you must be a resident of North Ayrshire and currently unemployed. You will not be eligible if you have previously taken part in any Skills for Life programmes. Interview times will be allocated, after you have successfully completed the application form and meet the eligibility criteria. All successful applicants will be notified of interview.

As part of the Skills For Life programme, there will be a registration day prior to employment in which you will be asked to provide ID and meet with support services.
