The role of IT Technician will be responsible for the following areas:
* Resolving 1st & 2nd line service desk incidents and requests
* Assisting the EMEA InfoSec team in ensuring all vulnerabilities are patched in a timely manner
* Completing desktop/laptop builds and configurations
* Engaging and working with the wider EMEA IT Support team
* Highlighting all urgent issues or requests to senior members of the team

We will be excited to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following skills for this IT Technician role:
* Two years experience working in an IT support environment
* Degree in Computer Networks or a similar field
* Ability to work effectively in a high-paced and demanding environment
* Appreciation of virtualization
* An awareness and interest in networking, routing, firewalls, and client/server applications
* Knowledge of Windows Active Directory and M365
* Strong communication skills to interact with and engage key stakeholders
* Some travel may be required
