Purchase Ledger Clerk
Processing and reconciling supplier invoices on a regular basis
Ensuring all payments are made on time
Creating and maintaining supplier accounts
Resolving queries related to invoices and payments
Preparing monthly payment runs
Supporting month-end closure and reporting activities
Continual improvement of purchase ledger processes
Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
