The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional behavioural support to help them achieve their full potential. Day-to-day of the role: Work one-on-one and in small groups with students to provide behavioural support. Implement behaviour management strategies and individualised support plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development. Monitor and report on the progress of students. Provide a stable and supportive presence that encourages positive behaviours. Assist in the development of programmes that build self-esteem and improve behaviour. Facilitate conflict resolution and peer mediation sessions as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in a mentorship or support role within an educational setting. Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
