Purpose of the role This role is responsible for supporting the Marketing and Growth teams in driving business growth through effective marketing, contributing to the achievement of Signal’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Event Coordination Assist in planning and organising marketing events such as face to face panel discussions, webinars, and trade shows. Work with the Marketing Manager to handle logistics, including venue booking, attendee registration, and promotional materials. Support event execution and post-event follow-up. Campaign Support Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns. Coordinate with vendors, designers, and other departments to ensure campaign elements are delivered on time and to budget. Monitor and report on campaign performance, including social media, email marketing, and other channels. Content Management Support in the creation and management of content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and the company website. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies. Coordinate with graphic designers to produce high-quality visual content. Other Responsibilities Maintain marketing databases and ensure information is accurate and up to date. Handle tasks such as preparing presentations and managing marketing materials inventory. Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.
