Here at Serco, we are recruiting for an Administrator to join our Restart team based in Birmingham city centre. As Administrator, you will provide effective administrative support to Serco’s operations team delivering Restart, as well as providing support to Restart participants coming into the delivery centre and via telephone. In this role, you will deliver consistently high levels of customer service when communicating with participants and the operations team, provide an exemplary first impression in this front-of-house role, and ensure that all visitors are greeted with the highest degree of customer service. You will be the main point of contact for any phone calls, managing day-to-day email and phone contact with participants while contributing to team responsibilities, including health & safety, office management, archiving, and other SMS processes. You will also manage petty cash flow and reimbursement of participant travel. What you’ll need to do the role As Administrator, you will have excellent organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, experience in providing excellent telephone-based customer service, and the ability to input data quickly and accurately. You must have experience working effectively within an office-based customer service or sales environment and have demonstrable experience of delivering high-quality customer service. You will need to have previously worked in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and have experience using database systems to input data accurately. You must also be computer literate (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and have a high attention to detail.
