An opportunity to shine as a Senior paint sprayer in a clean purpose-built facility in Newport producing brand new state of the art trains and trams.
The Situation
Working for a large global organisation that provide state of the art rolling stock solutions for countries around world. You will have the opportunity to become an integral part in the build process for these brand-new trains and trams helping to finesse the finished product with your painting abilities.
The Candidate
You will have previous experience in a similar environment such as motor vehicle, aircraft etc and have an excellent eye for detail.
You will have previous experience of leading a team of paint sprayers, helping to check quality of work, ordering materials, leasing with client and customers and enjoy getting your hands dirty
You will be a team player with the experience to go out and work independently – a problem solver with an aptitude to think on your feet and carry out a wide range of tasks.

Essential
• Previous experience paint spraying on motor vehicles, aircraft, buses, lorries, coaches etc.
• Previous experience of leading a team
• Level 2 in a relevant field, time served will also be considered.
• Strong IT skills
