Key Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations. Assist with the grievance and disciplinary procedures providing accurate and thorough meeting minutes. Assist with the recruitment process preparing offer letters. Handle HR-related queries from employees, directing them to the appropriate personnel when necessary. Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs. Skills & Experience Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Microsoft Sharepoint) Knowledge of HR systems and databases is an advantage. Understanding of employment law and HR best practices is beneficial. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. What’s on offer for successful candidates?
