Robert Half has partnered with a boutique Investment Management Firm based in central London in search of a Executive Assistant to join the fast growing business. The Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a 3 Partners and at their London office. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and strong organisational skills. The successful candidate will act as the right hand to the Partners, handling a range of administrative and personal support tasks to ensure the efficient management of daily activities. Key Responsibilities Diary Management: Coordinate and manage complex schedules, including internal and external meetings, calls, and events. Prioritize and reschedule appointments as needed. Travel Coordination: Arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring all travel documents are up-to-date and easily accessible. Communication Management: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Draft, review, and handle emails, correspondence, and confidential information. Document Preparation: Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and investment documentation as required. Conduct research to support project and meeting requirements. Meeting Support: Organise and set up meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points. Administrative Support: Handle general office management tasks, including filing, expenses, record-keeping, and invoice processing. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience (4 years) in a similar EA or PA role, preferably within the finance, investment, asset management, or private equity. Skills: Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
