We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line support to employees. The role requires a customer-focused approach to IT support, being the point of contact for all IT related issues, ensuring smooth operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Logging and managing IT support requests, incidents, and problems through the service desk. Ensuring they are updated accurately and resolved within agreed service levels.
* Prioritising issues based on business impact.
* Providing general hardware support (desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles, tablets).
* Supporting business applications and Office 365 administration.
* Maintaining user security across all systems.
* Liaising with third-party suppliers when required.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Background in IT or a relevant degree in IT/Computer Science.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT support role.
* Strong communication skills, with a customer service-focused approach.
* Experience working within an ITIL-based service desk environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure preferred).
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and experience in an agile cloud environment.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
* A flexible, hands-on team player who is eager to learn and develop.
