SimplyBiz is seeking a Telephone Account Manager (Protection) to support financial advisers by promoting our protection insurance services. If you have a background in sales and customer service, and love building strong relationships, this role could be perfect for you!
You’ll be responsible for managing accounts, promoting SimplyBiz services, and negotiating agreements—all while helping our business grow and succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with a panel of advisers, offering support and promoting SimplyBiz protection services.
* Sales & Promotion: Highlight the benefits of our protection products to advisers, driving new business and hitting sales targets.
* Client Engagement: Use phone calls, social media, online presentations, and email to connect with advisers and maximise sales opportunities.
* Negotiation: Use your communication skills to negotiate agreements and achieve the best outcomes for SimplyBiz and its clients.
* Strategic Contribution: Play an important role in meeting company protection sales targets and advising customers.
* Data Analysis: Analyse account performance data to find growth opportunities and make informed decisions.
What We’re Looking For:
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build relationships and collaborate with others.
* Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in financial services or the protection market.
* Analytical Thinking: Ability to use data to make informed business decisions.
* Protection Knowledge: Experience in financial services, especially protection insurance, is an advantage.
* Professional Development: Qualifications such as R01 & R05 are beneficial, but not required. We'll support you in earning them.
