Location: Split across two locations – Duke St and Williamson Sq Role Overview: We are looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our team and help deliver a high-quality breakfast menu throughout the day. This position is ideal for chefs with some kitchen experience who are looking to grow their skills in a busy, yet supportive environment. The role will involve working across two locations with smaller, focused menus, ensuring consistency and quality. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes to a high standard. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all food safety regulations. Ensure consistency in the quality of dishes served at both locations (Duke St and Williamson Sq). Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory, ingredients, and supplies. Participate in training and trials at the Botanico location before starting at Gran Caffe. Requirements: Some previous kitchen experience is preferred, but extensive experience is not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work across two locations and adapt to different kitchen setups. Strong teamwork and communication skills. A passion for food and a willingness to learn. Additional Information: All trials for this position will be conducted at our Woolton location. The menu will remain focused on breakfast items throughout the day, allowing for a more streamlined cooking process.
