Job Description
3. Daily processing of supplier invoices
4. Maintaining accurate records and linking delivery notes with supplier invoices and purchase orders
5. Producing weekly payment runs
6. Create and maintain Supplier records within Sage
7. Dealing with supplier queries and correspondences
8. Ensuring correct sign offs on all purchase orders raised in accordance with the business's procedures
9. Ensuring the purchase order process is being adhered to, so that there are no delays in processing supplier invoices
10. Manage inventory movements within Sage to ensure accurate reporting
11. Monthly reconciliation of the clinic accounts on Xero
12. Support the Management Accountant with P/L reviews on expenditure within the business
13. Assist the Management Accountant in creating financial reports and other finance Ad hoc tasks required
14. Working as part of a team to ensure departmental objectives are achieved and procedures improved
15. Adhere to the company's financial policies and procedures
16. Answer questions and provide assistance to stakeholders,
17. Collaborate effectively with the accounting and finance team
The Successful Applicant
18. Previous use of SAGE and Xero is highly desirable
19. Must have previous experience working on Purchase Ledger
20. Excellent IT and communication Skills
21. Have the ability to juggle multiple tasks
22. Be able to prioritise workload
23. Work well towards deadlines
24. Have high attention to detail and take pride in your work
25. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
