Field Service Engineer
A dynamic and experienced Field Service Engineer is required to provide technical support and training to customers in the UK, Europe, and worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
* On-site installation and operator training of instruments and software
* Preventative maintenance and qualification (IQ/OQ)
* Diagnosis and repair of systems
* Pre- and post-sales support
* Scheduling and prioritising of service jobs
* Effective communication with customers
* Assist with product demonstrations
* Prepare and submit service reports to customers
Requirements
* Industry experience working with Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) or Liquid Scintillation Counting
* Full driving licence
* Willingness to travel extensively
* Highly motivated and strong problem-solving abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Able to work independently
* Computer experience and proficiency
