Salary: £60,000 + Bonus/Commission (1% of Sales) + Car Allowance + Benefits OTE: £75,000+

We are currently seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to join our client, a leading UK distributor of emergency diesel generators. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding their generator hire business across the North West of England.
About Our Client
Our client specializes in providing a full range of services including Sales, Service, Installation, Hire, and Parts for emergency generators. They have established a strong reputation among local councils, health authorities, utilities, government bodies, and blue-chip organisations.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Identify New Business Opportunities: Methodically seek out and engage potential customers within your designated geographical area.
* Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships through regular face-to-face interactions to understand client needs and requirements.
* Demonstrate Company Capabilities: Present the company's strengths and capabilities effectively to prospective clients.
* Prepare Competitive Proposals: Develop tailored offers that align with client specifications and budgetary constraints.
* Oversee Sales Processes: Monitor the sales tender process to ensure successful order acquisition and client satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications:
* Proven experience in selling hire contracts within industrial, commercial, health, or construction sectors.
* Clean driving license
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Attributes:
* Energetic sales professional with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
* Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
* In-depth understanding of market trends and customer needs.
