At Honda, we embrace inclusion in our various policies. Our contracts state that the hours are as required to fulfill the role with a minimum of 35 hours per week, and we offer flexibility for when you work. The regular office hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a half-hour lunch break, and 08:00 – 13:00 on a Friday. However, we offer flexibility for your start time between 07:00 and 11:00, providing there is no business requirement.
While there is no contractual right to work from home, you can request to work from home for a maximum of 50% of the working days in any one month, again providing there is no business requirement to attend the office.
Role:
E-commerce is a new initiative at Honda, and this role will be involved in the early stages of the transition, requiring flexibility to get involved in various areas. You will support the Automobile E-Commerce team in the development and delivery of operational activities to help drive the commercial objective of maximizing profitable volume of sales. The role will support the overall customer journey and manage administrative duties within the Commerce and Marketing teams.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the team with marketing plans including content, paid media, CRM, and agency coordination.
2. Assisting with administrative actions to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
3. Collaborating with the team on small website changes and assisting when needed.
4. Uploading content and campaigns onto the website.
5. Logging and following up on any IT tickets for website activity.
6. Supporting overall CRM activities when needed.
7. Providing administrative support to the reporting function and engaging in low-level analysis of performance.
8. Administering the purchase order system for supplier payments.
9. Updating internal budget trackers to help management monitor spending.
10. Creating and updating presentations and reports.
11. Coordinating team admin and meetings.
