We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our busy Exeter Branch on a full-time permanent basis.
The team supports the busy workshop by managing, booking, and maintaining job cards, ensuring they are accurately and efficiently processed in a timely manner. This involves engaging and communicating with customers, colleagues, and key stakeholders at all levels.
In this role, along with managing the workload with the workshop, you will also support the parts department with ordering parts and subcontract work when required. You will be responsible for costing the work and raising invoices from job cards/repair orders. This includes handling cash and cheques for any completed work and parts used that need to be charged back to appropriate accounts. You will also be responsible for reporting time, hours sold, statistics, and budgetary information as required.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will work in a fairly small team that is passionate about their roles and colleagues. Ideally, you will have some technical knowledge and administrative experience in a customer service environment.
