Our formalities team are responsible for attending to formalities requirements relating to portfolio management, such as preparing, filing and reporting applications, renewals and recordals. The team draft responses to objections and other responses before the relevant Registry and process related official documents (filing receipts, publication notices and registration certificates). They also attend to billing, records database and other administration duties relating to the aforesaid. Provide efficient administrative support to the London IP Team. Attend to administrative formalities requirements such as assisting with client onboarding, including creating new matters and dealing with anti-money laundering requirements. Assist with electronic filing away of incoming mail (noting deadlines, new instructions, invoices etc). Provide a dedicated support service for the records and contacts databases. Assist with the processing and payment of supplier disbursements. Handle ad hoc administration tasks as required.
