Looking to recruit a full-time On Board Coordinator
As an On Board Coordinator, you will be responsible for On Board Supervisor/Customer Host coverage on specific train services within the GTR geographical area. Your duties will include dealing with incidents affecting staff coverage, managing train service plans, implementing service recovery to meet targets and timescales, and actively assisting staff to exceed customer expectations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring GTR delivers on its commitment to passengers requiring assisted travel.
Requirements:
1. Full understanding of timetables and train crew diagrams.
2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
3. Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize.
4. Able to multi-task and solve problems effectively.
5. Ability to investigate and interpret data with attention to detail.
6. Willingness to work shifts that can start and end at any time within a 24/7 schedule.
Experience:
1. Experience working with customer requirements and exceeding customer needs in a similar role.
2. A passion for and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
