The Role As PA to the Directors, you'll provide essential support to senior leaders, ensuring their time is managed efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include: Proactive diary management and scheduling. Coordinating meetings and events, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups. Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries. Supporting committees and contributing to cross-team projects. Your Skills and Experience We're looking for someone who: Is highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Has excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills. Demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and adaptability. Can handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of university systems or similar organisational structures would be advantageous but is not essential.
