PROFILE: The candidate, in relationship with the Retail Buying office located in our HQ in Italy, will manage the activities related to the collections, planning the actions necessary to reach the sales objectives defined by the company and elaborating opportunities aimed at maximising the sales of all product categories, also through collaboration with other teams and boutiques, in order to support the development of the collection itself. Specifically, the activities will concern - participating in the purchasing campaign in support of the Retail Buying and Merchandising team in the qualitative and quantitative choices of products, according to the indications received from the company; - managing merchandising activities, as well as the distribution, allocation and re-assortment of orders; - analysing market needs, collaborating in the planning of strategies aimed at increasing sell-outs and annual sales; - collecting qualitative and quantitative feedback for the purposes of developing the collection in line with market needs; - prepare seasonal sales reports and analyses in order to optimise the management of the collection and the positioning of the brand on the market; - Identifying best sellers, slow sellers, bestselling sizes to ensure effective stock replenishment; - Enter orders into the company management system; - Collaborate with Visual, Commercial, E-Commerce and Merchandising teams to maximise sales potential. The search is aimed at profiles with a background in economics who have gained significant experience of at least 8 years in the role and in the luxury sector and in particular in the Retail sector. Knowledge of the Italian language is a fundamental requirement, as is the ability to use the main computer applications. Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus. A strong commercial sensibility, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a strong passion for the clothing/luxury product complete the profile.
